As the situation around the 2019 Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, our primary concern has been for the health and safety of our customers and employees. We are carefully monitoring and keeping tabs on all communications from the Center for Disease Control, government agencies, local health officials and will make adjustments accordingly.

 

Store Hours, Cleaning & Social Distancing

As an essential service and equipment provider to the community that we serve, we're committed to keeping our store open as much as possible. Currently our store hours remain unchanged and we are available to service customers Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm and Saturdays from 10am-2pm.

 

Following guidance from the CDC, we've increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitization of our store, products and equipment. Particular attention is being given to high-traffic and high-touch areas such as the check-out area and door handles. Hand sanitizer is also available for use throughout the store.

 

We're promoting social and physical distancing in the store which includes limiting the number of customers inside at any given time to 10. Following CDC guidelines we are asking customers to maintain a 6 foot distance between other customers and staff. If you are sick or feeling ill, we ask that you do not visit the store, but instead reach out to us by phone to use our curbside or delivery options.

 

Deliveries & In-Home Service

For our high-risk or concerned customers who need other alternatives, we are available for in-home, curbside and delivery service. During this time we are offering free local delivery in Edmond for orders of at least $50. A nominal fee would apply for the extended metro area and beyond.

 

Our technicians can provide in-home service and repairs if needed. They will use all CDC recommended precautions or can service your equipment outside.

 

Orders can be placed over the phone and picked up curb-side at the store or delivered to your residence. For customers in a senior community we will make arrangements with the staff to meet whatever requirements they may have in place.
